Dallas, Texas, July 6, 2010 - Highlands Override, Inc. ("Override") has decided to transition its operations effective July 15, 2010, to Excentus Corporation, provider of the fuelperks! rewards program and private-label fuel rewards technology and services.  The companies will work together to integrate Override's business with Excentus' market offerings and operations, a combination that will create a more effective and efficient provider of fuel rewards.  During the transition and integration, Excentus intends to support the existing Override program without service interruption as agreed with Override's participants.

Commercial and IT transition teams from Excentus and Override will manage the conversion for existing Override program participants to the Excentus team and technology.
