Dickson Perry, Chairman and CEO
Dickson founded Excentus in April of 1996 and remains its largest shareholder. As such, he is responsible for all corporate and strategic leadership of the company and its board of directors. Prior to founding Excentus, he spent seven years at EDS in various roles and industries, including banking and e-commerce, before becoming executive vice president of business and product development of the Commercial Fleet Fuel Management division in the Travel and Transportation SBU. His first job was as an entrepreneur of a successful restaurant in his hometown, Yazoo City, MS after graduating from Ole Miss with a BA in Managerial Finance from Ole Miss.
His passions other than Excentus are his family, music, hunting and golfing. You might also find Dickson grocery shopping for fresh ingredients in his next recipe as he evolves his skills as an accomplished cook.
Brandon Logsdon, President and COO
Brandon leads the day-to-day operations of Excentus, including sales, marketing, technology, client services, and customer care. Additionally, his responsibilities include go-to-market strategies for Excentus products and services, strategic corporate positioning, and building key partnerships. Prior to joining Excentus in 2002, Brandon worked at GTE Internetworking, Chase Manhattan, iChoose, and most recently was Co-founder and Principal of Bloomin Partners, Inc. Brandon holds a BA in Finance and Marketing from Texas Christian University.
When he isn’t working, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing a little golf or basketball, or catching a favorite band in concert.
Jim Mills, CAO
Jim has been with Excentus since 1997. His area of responsibility includes overseeing the financial and accounting functions, personnel management, and contract, office and corporate systems administration. Prior to joining Excentus, he spent ten years as an Accounting Manager with EDS Fleet Services, a subsidiary of Electronic Data Systems.
He is originally from Missouri and is a graduate with a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from what is now known as Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. A firm believer in physical fitness, Jim has been active in sports activities including basketball and cycling and continues a daily workout regimen. He travels to both Missouri and Colorado regularly to spend time with family. An avid reader and college football fan, he enjoys Tex-Mex food and the Rocky Mountains.
